This pool is calling my name! My favorite thing about Mr. Hearst's castle was his two swimming pools. They are so elaborate and back in his day he would throw large parties and many famous people would often attend.

This is his indoor pool that has over a million 1-inch square tiles. This man had way too much money. His home was unbelieveable and very educational and interesting to take a tour of.

You take a bus up to his property and his home is so large they have four different tours you can take of it. We took the first tour of his guest home that has eight bedrooms, his dining room, living room and pools.

Driving along the coast was so beautiful - lots of scenic look outs

After Hearst Castle we made our way up to Carmel. It was another cute town but more upscale than the others.

Lots of cute shops and art galleries

We walked to the beach

Dad, Tanner and me

After Carmel we drove to Montery for the night and went to Bubba Gump's for dinner. It was our first time and it was pretty good.

Hey, you guys took a Bubba Gumps pic just like we did in Hawaii! I guess I didn't post that picture...but we have one just the same. The seals are amazing! How fun!
